The Following Technique builds on everything you learned in Single Hand and Mirroring. In this course, you will learn how one hand leads and the other follows—creating a gentle, flowing movement where both flags move together like a dance. The focus of this course is sensitivity.

Not only sensitivity in your body, but also a soft awareness of the Holy Spirit’s leading. Each step is taught slowly so you can understand rhythm, distance, spacing, and timing between both hands.

This course is perfect for beginners who want to grow their coordination, and for experienced flaggers who want more softness, grace, and connection in their worship movement.

You’ll learn how to:

Use one hand as the leader and one as the follower
Create smooth transitions without touching or crashing
Increase flow, grace, and softness in your movement Strengthen spacing and timing between both hands
